"Civil Judge Cader"

चमड़ियां लाॅ क्लासेज में एक बार फिर आप सबका स्वागत है आज की पोस्ट में हम राजस्थान न्यायिक सेवा परीक्षा में सिविल जज केडर परीक्षा के सिलेबस के बारे में जानेंगे।

यह परीक्षा 3 चरणों में पूरी होती है

1) Preliminary  examination (objective type)

2) Written main examination (subjective type)

3) Interview.

Preliminary Exam Syllabus :-

प्रारंभिक परीक्षा में 100 प्रश्न होते हैं जो बहु विकल्पिय होते हैं जिसमें से 70 प्रश्न विधि के और 15 प्रश्न हिंदी भाषा तथा 15 प्रश्न इंग्लिश लैंग्वेज के होते हैं। प्रारंभिक परीक्षा में नकारात्मक अंकन नहीं होता और ना ही इस परीक्षा के प्राप्तांक मुख्य परीक्षा में जोड़े जाते हैं इस परीक्षा में कैंडिडेट का चयन मेरिट के आधार पर होता है जो औसत प्राप्तांक प्राप्त कर लेते हैं वही मुख्य परीक्षा में भाग ले सकते हैं।

The preliminary examination Shall be an objective type examination in which 70% weightage will be given to the subject prescribed in syllabus for law paper 1 and law paper 2 and 30% shall be given to test proficiency in Hindi and English language the marks obtained in preliminary examination shall not be counted towards the final selection.
Duration 2 hours ;- maximum marks 100

No negative marking

Hindi proficiency :-

1. शब्द रचना : संधि एवं संधि विच्छेद, समास, उपसर्ग, प्रत्यय ।
2. शब्द प्रकार :- (क) तत्सम अर्ध तत्सम तद्भव देशज विदेशी । (ख) संज्ञा, सर्वनाम, विशेषण, क्रिया, अव्यय (क्रियाविशेषण, संबंध सूचक विस्मय बोधक निपात)
3. शब्द ज्ञान :- पर्यायवाची, विलोम, शब्द युग्मों का अर्थ भेद, वाक्यांश के लिए सार्थक शब्द, समश्रुत भिन्नार्थक शब्द, समानार्थी शब्दों का विवेक, उपयुक्त शब्द चयन, संबंधवाची शब्दावली ।
4. शब्द शुद्धि ।
5. व्याकरणिक कोटियां : परसर्ग, लिंग, वचन, पुरुष, काल, वृत्ति ,पक्ष, वाच्य
6. वाक्य रचना ।
7. वाक्य शुद्धि ।
8. विराम चिन्हों का प्रयोग ।
9. मुहावरे/ लोकोक्तियां ।
10. पारिभाषिक शब्दावली : प्रशासनिक, विधिक ।

English proficiency :-

1. Tenses

3. Phrasal verb and Idioms
4. Active and passive voice
5. Co-ordination and subordination
6. Direct and Indirect speech
7. Modals expressing various concepts _
    ( Obligation, Request, Permission, Intention, Condition, Probability, Possibility, Purpose, Reason, Companions, Contrast.)
