Haryana Public Service Commission invites online application forms for recruitment to 174 posts (129 actual vacancies + 45 anticipated vacancies) of Civil Judge (Junior Division) in the Cadre of Haryana Civil Service (Judicial Branch).
(A) Pre- Examination (500 marks)
प्रारंभिक परीक्षा में 125 ( each question 4 marks) प्रश्न होते हैं जो बहु विकल्पिय होते हैं जिसमें प्रश्न विधि, हिंदी, इंग्लिश लैंग्वेज के अलावा Current Events of National and International Importance, Indian legal and Constitutional History and Governance, Analytical Skills, Reasoning and Aptitude के होंगे | प्रारंभिक परीक्षा में नकारात्मक अंकन 1/5 होता हैं| इस परीक्षा के प्राप्तांक मुख्य परीक्षा में नहीं जोड़े जाते हैं इस परीक्षा में कैंडिडेट का चयन मेरिट के आधार पर होता है जो औसत प्राप्तांक प्राप्त कर लेते हैं वही मुख्य परीक्षा में भाग ले सकते हैं। विधि, हिंदी, इंग्लिश लैंग्वेज के प्रश्न का syllabus मुख्य परीक्षा के syllabus वाला ही होगा |
(B) Main Written Examination (900 Marks)
The Main Examination shall consist of five written papers.
The description of papers and the syllabus shall be as under :-
Paper-1 (200 Marks)
· Code of Civil Procedure,
· Punjab Courts Act,
· Indian Contract Act,
· Indian Partnership Act,
· Sale of Goods Act,
· Specific Relief Act,
· Indian Evidence Act,
· Haryana Urban (Control of Rent and Eviction) Act, 1973.
Paper-2 (200 Marks)
· Hindu Law,
· Muslim Law
· Customary Law
· Law of Registration and Limitation.
Paper-3 (200 Marks)
- Indian Penal Code,
- Code of Criminal Procedure ,
- Indian Evidence Act
Paper-4 (200 Marks)
The English paper will be of 200 marks and consist of the following:-
· English Essay (1000-l100 words) (100 Marks)
· Precis (25 Marks)
· Words and Phrases (Make sentences of the given words and Phrases) (25 Marks)
· Comprehension (25 Marks)
· Corrections (25 Marks)
Paper-V (100 Marks)
Hindi (in Devnagri Script) language paper shall comprise the following :-
· Translation from English passage into Hindi, (20 Marks)
· Explanation of Hindi passage in prose and poetry in the same language, (30 Marks)
· Composition [essay, idioms and corrections etc.] (50 Marks)
The tentative Schedule for the conduct of Examination for the above posts is as under :-
(i) Preliminary Examination shall be conducted on 03March2024
(ii) Main Written Examination- Likely to be conducted in the month on June-July, 2024.
(iii) Viva-Voce- To be announced later.
Important note
प्रारंभिक परीक्षा में कम से कम 150 अंक लाना आवश्यक है परंतु मुख्य परीक्षा में चयन मेरिट (cut-off) के आधार पर होगा |
सीट के 10 गुना अभ्यर्थियों का चयन मुख्य परीक्षा के लिए किया जाएगा | मुख्य परीक्षा में प्रत्येक पेपर में 33 प्रतिशत नंबर लाना अनिवार्य है इसके अलावा इंटरव्यू के लिए चयन मेरिट के आधार पर होगा जो सभी पेपर के कुल प्राप्तांक के आधार पर तय होगी |
