वाद, याचिका और कोई भी कार्यवाही मे किसी भी पक्षकारों के नाम के पीछे जाति और धर्म नहीं लगेगा

आज की पोस्ट मे हम माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय द्वारा जारी महत्तवपूर्ण आदेश के बारे मे जानेगे |

अब किसी भी वाद, याचिका और कोई भी कार्यवाही मे किसी भी पक्षकारों के नाम के पीछे जाति और धर्म नहीं लगेगा |

उच्च न्यायालय जोधपुर, राजस्थान ने यह स्टैन्डींग ऑर्डर No. 07/S.O./2020 (27-04-2020) तारीख 31 -01-2024 को जारी किया |

Honorable Supreme Court ने एक साधारण आदेश 

[Kishan Kumar v/s Shama Sharma {CM No.136 of 2023}

Transfer Petition (Civil) No 1957 of 2023]  

मे पारित किया कि किसी भी किसी भी वाद, याचिका और कोई भी कार्यवाही मे किसी भी पक्षकारों के  नाम के पीछे जाति और धर्म नहीं लगाया जाएगा | सभी  उच्च न्यायालयों  और अधीनस्थ न्यायालयों को यह आदेश निर्देशित कर दिया गया हैं |

The Honorable Supreme Court passed a general order directing that henceforth the caste or religion of parties shall not be mentioned in the memo of parties of a petition, or proceedings filed before the courts irrespective of whether any such detail has been furnished before the court below.

 A direction is also issued to all the high courts to ensure that the caste religion of a little does not appear in the memo of parties in any petition suit proceeding field before the high court for the subordinate court under their respective Jurisdiction.
