  13. Cause Of Action [वाद हेतुक] The fact or combination of facts which gives rise to a right to sue. 

  14. Caveat [ केविएट] A legal notice given by an interested party to some officers not to do a certain act until the party is heard in opposition. 

  15. Certiorari [ उत्प्रेषण] An application to another of such force either physical or moral as to constrain him to do against his will something he would not otherwise have done. 

  16. Confession [  संस्वीकृति] The action of confession or acknowledging one's guilt.

  17. Damages [नुकसानी, क्षतिपूर्ति] The sum claimed or awarded in compensation for loss or injury sustained.

  18. Easement [सूखाचार] Right of the owner or occupier of a property in respect of another’s property for beneficial enjoyment. 

  19. Habeas Corpus [बंदी प्रत्यक्षीकरण] A writ to a Jailor to produce a prisoner in person before the court and to state the reasons for detention.

  20. Lawful  [विधि पूर्ण] According to or not contrary to law.
